One of the biggest advantages of Website Concierge is the flexibility it offers to your business. It can be operated by our staff or your staff, or a combination of both, and turned on or off as required to either fill in when you are not available or add resources following a promotion or campaign.

To help you make the online live chat service as cost-effective as possible, pricing is based on the number of units that you expect to utilise per month and are used when conversations are initiated with visitors.

Where a conversation is between your visitors and your operators, the cost is 2 units. With our operators, it’s 3 units per qualifying conversation.

You simply contract for as many units as you expect you might need per month — and you can upgrade or downgrade to the next package above or below simply and easily every month. The basic package gives you 20 units every calendar month free and there is no obligation to buy any more. As you contract for additional units, the costs — and resultant cost per lead — are as follows:
