Are you really 24/7? What happens if a guard has a problematic check call at 3am?
We are available every single hour of every single day, so if there are problems in the middle of the night, the guard will be transferred automatically to our 24/7 control room.

Can it integrate with my payroll and invoice systems?
Yes — especially Sage.

Can my guards book online without having to call the office?
Yes, they can, although most call Netroster’s automated systems that log the CallerID too.

How much does it cost to get started?
The initial setup is FREE and we give you a settling-in period at no charge. There is a half day training session for which we charge £395. After that it depends on how many guards are being rostered, so you only pay for the system as you use it.

I don’t actually have a controller? Can you do that for me?
Yes we can — in fact we can provide your entire control room operation 24/7 for a lot less than you can do it for yourself.

Can I access it from anywhere?
Yes — from any PC with an Internet connection.

What happens if I want to come off NetRoster? We need 3 months’ notice. Your data will remain securely available for another year so you can access, download, and print off all of your records. After 1 year, your data is backed up for a final time and archived off the site.

How easy is it to use?
Very easy. It’s one of the reasons why it’s so popular. Simple to use, flexible and straightforward for the administrators and very cost effective.

You say ‘always on’ — how ‘always’ is that?
The NetRoster service comes with a 99.5% uptime guarantee that is backed by money-back service credits. This guarantee is exclusive of scheduled maintenance, and does not cover matters not reasonably under our control such as Internet availability, telephone service availability, etc, and other force majeure.

Can I have more than one user and, if so, can they use it at the same time?
Yes —multiple users with different authority levels can use the system at the same time.

How long will it take to enter my data?
Just send it to us and we’ll do it for you. It normally takes a day or two depending on how much data there is to be processed.

Is it secure? Will my data be safe?
Yes — totally secure. Only you, or people authorised by you, will be able to see your data.

How long does it take to get started if I order it now?
From giving us the go-ahead, it normally takes a fortnight for NetRoster to be up and running with new clients, although we can do it sooner if the training day can be scheduled early enough.
