At Electronic Workplace, we believe that a 24/7 service has to be 24/7. While many of our clients work normal office hours, their IT operations often have to be available every hour of every day.
That’s why our Network Operations Centre is on hand round the clock, monitoring, scheduling, co-ordinating and communicating with our technical teams to ensure that we work as non-intrusively as possible. We don’t expect you to measure us on how often you see us, or how good our emergency procedures are. Instead, we measure ourselves on two simple metrics:
1. How little disruption our clients experience
2. How highly our clients rate us on satisfaction
And because our service is fixed price, our interests are completely aligned with yours because unlike traditional IT Support, we don’t make any money when your systems go down – its in both our financial interests to make sure your systems work as efficiently and effectively as possible.
