Customers First! - 24 April 2008

When we say we just deal with it we mean it. Here's a customer who was with another supplier for his IT and realised that they had messed up his server. As he already used our software for his security company, Dave Avery, MD of Fidelis Security, dropped us a quick email asking if we could help. We could and we did - here's his response!

EW wins 'Top 15%' customer satisfaction - 28 December 2007

In the latest round of customer satsifaction, undertaken as part of our partnership with Microsoft, EW has again raised it's "very satisfied" customer satisfaction rating - to 88%. This places us in the top 15% of Microsoft Gold Certified Partners for Customer Satisfaction.

We're as proud as we are grateful as we are determined to raise it. Our target is 'Top 5%' and will be implementing yet better client service processes to ensure that even more of our clients are delighted by both the opportunities we create for them and the service they get.
