EW has, once again, improved its customer satisfaction rating - now fully 88% of our clients describe themselves as "Very Satisfied". The balance - 12% - describe themselves as "Satisfied". Of all our clients surveyed, none of them described themselves as dissatisfied in any way.

Recommendation and re/purchase intention were equally encouraging and impressive - all of our clients said they were either likely or very likely to recommend us to others seeking similar solutions, and all said that were they to need to purchase again, they were either likely or very likely to choose us as their supplier.

This is a very very impressive result! However - while most companies would be delighted with 88%, EW, of course,  is determined to improve even on this - 100% is the target! So even better processes are being planned to ensure that we every single one of our clients' expectations are completely exceeded.
